Founder

Omar Fernández

A Dominican attorney, legislator, and political leader. He earned his law degree cum laude from the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra and a master's degree in International Business Law from Boston University. He represented the National District in the Chamber of Deputies from 2020 to 2024 and has served as senator for that district since 2024 with Fuerza del Pueblo. His professional and public career connects law, investment, institutional security, and public management.
